My Approach and Philosophy
I have been a counsellor for many years and I believe in utilizing a person-centred approach focused on bringing about client's strengths and inner resources. I work to build hope and optimism by integrating a spiritual and philosophical narrative to my work.
I work according to my values of Respect, Compassion, Trust, Honesty and Integrity.
Life is transient. We are all here on borrowed time. I strive to support my client's to be able to live their lives to the fullest with hope and optimism..

About me
I started my career as a Dietitian as I believed from an early age that Prevention is Better than Cure. I have found lasting good health by learning to eat well and live an active lifestyle.
I transitioned from working on client's physical health and needs to focusing on their Mental Health by entering the wonderfully rewarding and challenging work as a counsellor. I believe that the body and mind are linked and if the mind is not in a good space the body will be adversely affected. I work to bring both mind and body into alignment so my clients can achieve their optimum health.
